Important Event Reminders!

1. The night kicks off at 5:30pm, with our first armadillo race taking place shortly after that at 5:45pm!
2. The event is CASHLESS, so be sure to bring your card or checkbook!
3. If you cannot attend, you can still participate in the silent auction! The raffle, live auction, and all other fundraising elements (wine/spirit/accessory pull, armadillo races, Brag Board, etc.) can only be accessed IN PERSON, however.

With life still changing daily due to COVID-19, our incredible Stampede Under the Stars Event Chairs Rishma Mohamed, Megan Vondra, and Barbara Steen (pictured below) are determined to finish 2021 with positivity and impact. In fact, they - along with our wonderful Host Committee members - are already working tirelessly to brainstorm and execute a safe, engaging, and above all, meaningful, event in September at the Armadillo Palace! Please join us!

Important COVID-19 Update:
Please read on regarding the ways in which COVID-19 will be addressed at our upcoming get-together.

1. BEAR encourages all guests in attendance to be fully vaccinated and to bring their preferred style of face mask with them to the venue. Face masks will also be provided at check-in for those that need or want them.
2. The event will be held in an outdoor setting, with all indoor areas opened up to allow for increased airflow to the outdoor patio.
3. Venue capacity will remain at 25%, which means tickets are limited. For a venue that regularly can accommodate 1,300 individuals, guests will have plenty of space to social-distance at this reduced capacity. This will also be reflected in the ample seating provided night-of.
4. The event will be *CASHLESS, allowing every guest to participate in the evening from his or her smartphone!
   *If you would like to pay with a check at the end of the evening, we are happy to accommodate this form of payment.
5. All transaction interactions will be done in a sanitary way (ex: new pens for every guest at the raffle table, Texas Tokens will be dispersed in baggies, etc.). Additionally, hand-sanitizing stations will be available throughout the venue.
